At Mityunjay Rudraksh, we carefully pack and ship every Rudraksha bead, Gemstone, Crystal, and spiritual product so it reaches you in perfect condition. This policy explains our shipping process, delivery timelines, and charges.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
• Each Rudraksha and Gemstone is individually inspected, cleansed, and energised (if requested) before dispatch.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

2. Shipping Within India

• Standard Shipping: Free on orders above ₹999. A flat charge of ₹49 applies below ₹999.
• Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Express Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery (1–3 business days) at applicable charges.

3. International Shipping

• We ship worldwide to selected countries.
• International delivery usually takes 7–15 business days.
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Customs & Duties: Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, a tracking ID is shared via email and SMS. You can track your shipment through the assigned courier partner's website.

5. Address & Delivery Issues

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout.
• If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or non-availability, re-shipping charges will apply.

6. Delays

While we strive for on-time delivery, unforeseen delays due to weather, festivals (e.g. Diwali, Sawan), or courier disruptions may occur. We will keep you informed in such cases.
