How to Wear
Energize on Thursday with "Om Hreem Namah" or "Om Namo Narayanaya" mantra (108 times), wash with Ganga jal or milk, and apply sandalwood paste or natural oil. Wear as a pendant on silk thread, gold, or silver chain touching the heart or throat chakra. Best worn on Thursday morning after bath, facing east. Remove during bathing and intimate moments.
