Energize on Tuesday or Friday with "Om Hreem Hoom Namah" mantra (108 times), wash with Ganga jal or milk, and apply sandalwood paste or natural oil. Wear as a pendant on red thread, gold, or silver chain touching the heart or throat chakra. Best worn on Tuesday/Friday morning after bath, facing east. Remove during bathing and intimate moments.
